  • Tatiana Nikiforova

    Tatiana has a deep expertise in debt structuring, investment, and capital raising for real estate and operating businesses. Her expertise lies in structuring tailored financing solutions and guiding clients through complex transactions. Prior to Allegion Tatiana was a fixed income trader for Westpac Institutional Bank, ran the debt and derivatives strategies for multiple family offices, and established the Kingsmede Funds Management Business. Tatiana is committed to helping businesses achieve their growth objectives through innovative and efficient capital strategies.

    Tatiana is on the Board of Variety NSW/ACT, a children’s charity that has helped over 2 million children in its 50 year history, and is on the Council for the Art Gallery of NSW.

  • David Mathews

    David has a strong background in property and fixed income. Previously he held senior business development and investment roles within the property and alternative investments industry, including Director of Sales & Investments for JLL. His extensive experience includes senior roles with Ashe Morgan, Leda, Mulpha, Gleneagle and Fortlake Asset Management. With a wide network across the Australian property and finance sectors David is involved in capital raising, deal analysis, and strategic advisory.

    David is a Council Member for Yalari, a not-for-profit organisation providing full secondary school scholarships to Indigenous children from regional and remote communities across Australia.

  • Ashadi Hopper

    Ashadi blends experience in private equity, AI, and healthcare with a focus on science-led innovation. Formerly a Director at Crescent Capital Partners and Advisor to INNOCEAN, he has worked across investment and commercial strategy. Ashadi has held leadership roles within global organisations including WPP, Dentsu and the Interpublic Group. More recently as founder of Future Being, he develops specialised AI research and technology transforming CX, marketing and production operations through generative AI solutions.

    Ashadi is Chair of the UNSW AD&A Advisory Council, bringing research into commercial reality, has established an equity scholarship at UNSW to support Indigenous & low socio-economic students, and is a member of the MCA Foundation.

  • Brad Strange

    Brad combines extensive experience in natural resources with a focus on innovative exploration and energy solutions. He was the founder of Strada Energy, which led the development of geothermal drilling technologies in Western Europe. Brad is actively involved in mineral exploration and has facilitated mining and energy transactions in Australia on behalf of foreign investors. His expertise lies in driving efficiency in energy and resource projects and commercialising sustainable technologies across the sector.
